Villa di Cara is located in pleasant position with a lovely view of the Tuscan hills including the castle of Lari and the plains where the city of Pisa is placed. The property is composeda main villa and a dependence besides a swimming pool, a tennis court and an old oaks park.
The ground floor of the main villa includes the foyer, a living room, two small offices,a kitchen, a dinette, an informal dining room, a formal dining room,a day-use restroom and a laundry room while on the first floor are located five bedrooms with bathroom and a TV room. Another bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the second floor. All bedrooms are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning systems and free Wi-Fi.
The dépendance, located next to the main villa, is composed by the living room, the kitchen and two bedrooms both with bathroom.
The swimming pool is located right in front of the main villa and is equipped with a dedicated changing room with showers and restroom.
The tennis court is located in the old oak tree park of the villa and is equipped with a dedicated changing room with showers and restroom.
The property includes an enclosed old oaks park and a court used for an ancient, but still played, game called "bocce".
Guests enters the property from the main road, through the gate and the private road that leads to the villa. The property includes a private parking lot for 12 standard cars.

I'm an architect but my passion for photography and electronics led me to work in IT business contributing, since the early '80s, to PC's diffusion in my country. I really like music and traveling especially in the far east where I had the opportunity to go very often during my business career. I'm curious and I love meeting new people who have respect for others. I love good food, especially when natural flavors of ingredients are enhanced, and good wines.
Giuseppe - Pisa
Giuseppe is a wonderful host, he welcome us on arrival, showing around in his beautiful home, which is far more beautiful then the photos. Very spacious, very clean, nice antique furniture. He has helpers who are serving very nice breakfast and on demand they cook lunch or diner as required. Elmer is a brilliant cook, so we enjoyed his cooking 4 times during the week. The area is beautiful, very secure, the house is on a gated land. If we had any problem Giuseppe sorted it out in no time, successfully, but the problems were minor, like tuning the piano. Nice tennis court with rackets and balls provided. Barbecue area if needed. Swimming pool is very clean and quite big. We had a wonderful week, no disappointment on any level. All in all throughly enjoyable. Thanks to Giuseppe as well.

Super holiday. Villa absolutely excellent. We had invited the whole family grand parents, sister and family and uncles. Everyone had their own space as well as well organised communal space. Villa is ideal for two families with kids + grand parents. With one family in dependancies and other in bedroom 5. Will book again.
